Our 2023 vintage of the Shenandoah Valley Barbera is full bodied and lucious.  Bright cherry and vanilla are noticed on the palet.  The finsih is soft with medium tannins. 

An overall balanced red blend with fresh aromas and flavors of red and black plum, cherry and fig with complementary notes of cinnamon, licorice and vanilla.

Our 2023 Albarino  is full of peach and pear notes with bright acidity and a clean finish.  Great wih salads and fruit.

The 2024 Chardonnay is rich and balanced . Green apple on the nose with a buttery silky mouthfeel.

From the famed los Carneros region in Napa Valley Chardonnay for the ages.  Rich, bold and refreshing.

The Evasion Rose' is crisp and refreshing.  The nose is incredible with hints of red ripe raspberry and sweet strawberry.  Bright red fruit and honeysuckle on the palete is offset with a soft mouthfeel and sweetness. This is a poolside favorite and enjoy with a crisp salad or fruit and cheese tray.

Solitary Cellars Brut Sparkling Wine where there are bubbles on the tongue! Very sweet and no acidity. Sweet stale red delicious apple juice, with a few drops of oak essence, and stale brioche. Finish is lengthy with burnt caramel.

Solitary Cellars "The Confession"  is a beautiful orange hue that is accentuated by tiny bubbles. Inviting aromas of succulent peach & sweet mango entwine beautifully with hints of guava leaving a sweet lingering finish on the palate.
