Our 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits dark garnet color and a complex structure. On the nose, aromas of baking spice are accompanied by hints of clove. You are greeted with notes of  plum and black cherry on the palate. Fully integrated and well balanced, this wine has great tannin with a long, lingering finish.

This wine is big and juicy, with aromas of blackberry, cassis, clove, toasted oak, dried flowers and cocoa nibs. On the palate, flavors of boysenberry, black currant coulis and orange-vanilla cream morph into allspice, clove and bittersweet chocolate, finishing with silky, gripping tannins.
